Yearbook Staff
The BW yearbook is created entirely by parent volunteers and relies on the talents, time, and efforts of our amazing parent community. This means we need your help! Join the yearbook staff by helping collect and organize photos, promote yearbook sales, build pages, and/or distribute the books at the end of the school year.
Yearbook Chair(s)

The yearbook chair position involves planning throughout the school year. This role can easily be shared by two people to lighten the load.

Duties include learning the online yearbook system, downloading/organizing/taking photos, creating layouts, proofreading, advertising, and managing sales/orders.

A detailed handbook with all of the info needed to tackle this role is provided, and the yearbook company, Treering, is a great support!
Page Creator (Staff Editor)

Our yearbook needs many volunteers to create pages! Our Staff Editors are assigned to be responsible for creating one or more pages in the yearbook for events (e.g., Halloween Happening, Fun Run), grade level pages (e.g., 3rd grade), classroom pages for your student's class, PE, Muddy Pandas, Run Club, and more!

5th Grade Yearbook Liaison

The 5th Grade Yearbook Liaison helps manage all of the exciting 5th grade yearbook pages and activities!

Coordinate the special 5th grade yearbook pages -- including special fieldtrips (Biz Town, Courthouse, Star of India), baby photos, and well wishes.

Monitors 5th grade orders and coordinates yearbook signing during 5th grade yearbook signing breakfast.

In order to create an amazing yearbook to celebrate our year, we need photos!

Whether you are a professional photographer or simply the owner of a smartphone, we need photos taken throughout the year.

Please share your photos of school events, classroom activities, fieldtrips, PE, library visits, art class, music class, recess, and more!
